📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups) • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate within team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Participate as part of a 24/7 Traveler Care operation, working After Hours in a shared customer environment

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Native GDS expertise (Amadeus) — minimum two years' experience • Native or full working proficiency in German (written and verbal) — must • English proficiency; additional European languages a plus • Attention to detail • Act with integrity and handle personal traveler information securely • Strong understanding of the travel industry (business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation background) • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with supplier • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility to work night shifts, fixed afternoon shifts and weekends
