📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Communicate with customers by telephone, chat, email, and/or back office systems • Provide proactive travel advice and sell additional services while adhering to clients’ travel policies • Work independently and collaboratively to meet business and account-specific goals, including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics • Provide high-touch service and creative, timely travel solutions for top clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in travel, preferably business travel • Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel • Native GDS expertise in Sabre • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Integrity and ability to protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation experience • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 operation
