📋 Description
• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups) • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) for bookings and ticketing • Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate within team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Work as part of an after-hours team in a shared customer environment
🎯 Requirements
• Native GDS expertise (Amadeus) with minimum two years experience • Professional communication in English (written and verbal) is required • Spanish and additional European languages considered a plus • Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs • Attention to detail • Act with integrity and protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry (business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations) • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility to work night shifts, fixed afternoon shifts, and weekends (24/7 operation)
