• Provide strategic input into the development of business cases and development programs to impact people living with obesity and obesity-related conditions. • Develop brand commercial approaches to maximize impact at launch. • Leading the design of key strategies, programs and plans that will support the commercialization of the obesity portfolio. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform and adjust the strategy as needed. • Representing the company at industry events and conferences and build relationships with key opinion leaders and other external partners.
• Doctorate degree and 4 years of commercial experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of commercial experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of commercial experience • 8+ years of experience and a track record of success in a series of commercial (or an associated function) roles of increasing scope, scale and complexity, with leading companies in the biopharmaceutical industry. • Strong experience in marketplaces with cardiovascular customer bases. • Solid understanding of global market access, pricing and reimbursement issues. • Experience living and working outside the United States is highly desirable. • Broad therapeutic area expertise. • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, managing global projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilities.
