📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP Digital Product Management and senior leaders • Translate Digital Product Management strategy into measurable priorities, operating plans, and outcomes • Facilitate strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, technology and AI-enabled initiatives, business operations, and executive communications across the AI & Data organization • Deliver strategic and operational support to the VP and senior leadership team • Translate strategic priorities into measurable goals, action plans, milestones, KPIs, and accountability frameworks • Advise on portfolio, organizational, capability, and investment decisions • Shape and run annual operating rhythms, including leadership offsites, staff meetings, and readouts • Manage day-to-day execution of departmental strategy and cross-functional priorities • Own agenda planning, coordination, and facilitation for leadership meetings and offsites • Track key initiatives across AI & Data leaders and ensure alignment • Drive leadership team effectiveness, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment • Lead special projects involving organizational design, talent strategy, capability building, change management, and operational improvement • Support offsites, seminar series, training, staff profiles, mentoring connections, and engagement mechanisms • Establish processes, tools, and ways of working that improve transparency, accountability, learning, and execution • Coordinate budgeting, resource planning, headcount management, and scenario analyses • Coordinate talent management processes, including hiring, promotions, workforce planning, and personnel actions • Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, strategic communications, governance materials, portfolio reviews, and leadership updates • Lead departmental communications strategy and content calendar, including newsletters, events, and executive updates

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2+ years of strategic planning, business operations, or consulting experience; OR Master’s degree and 4+ years; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years • Experience in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven organizations • MBA or advanced degree in strategy, management, or related field preferred • Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and communication skills • Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and operating with agility • Expertise with executive-level presentation, change management, and cross-functional planning • High EQ and comfort navigating ambiguity with diplomacy and influence • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
