📋 Description
• We’re growing rapidly and require a Bookkeeping Specialist with outstanding communication and organizational skills, • Work remotely and closely with AMLB’s co-founders • Perform weekly/monthly review, coding and publishing of invoices/bills in cloud-based platform • Prepare sales invoices on a weekly/monthly basis • Set-up payments to vendors on a weekly/monthly basis • Refresh bank feeds in QBO/Xero or upload bank statements
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role using cloud-based software or a bookkeeping / accounting degree • Can provide a commitment of 2 years • Strong communicator - able to write and speak in English simply and clearly • Seeking to grow with us and in their careers • Good culture fit (some traits we look for: friendly, open to feedback, respectful of other's opinions)
