📋 Description

• Own technical operations projects end to end • Migrate the meeting booking flow to native HubSpot forms and standardize forms across the site • Standardize HubSpot segmentation for reporting and routing • Connect Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center to Claude for automated analysis and alerts • Automate repetitive work across client account management and sales • Improve lead email performance, measured by clicks and replies • Systematize content audits through process design • Automate operations for partnerships and joint venture work • Take over management and development of one of AmpiFire's products • Document processes, drive adoption, and ensure new systems become standard practice • Report status through written standups • Report to the Director of Operations and work directly with the CEO on several projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping workflows or tools into production • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with limited information • Hands-on experience building systems rather than only specifying or reviewing them • Ability to turn problems into actionable solutions without a pre-defined specification • HubSpot knowledge beyond the admin layer, including workflows, integrations, and segmentation architecture • Ability to read and modify real code • Experience using AI-assisted tools to ship workflows or tools into production • Ability to document systems or enable others to operate them • Deep experience with some relevant tools and ability to learn new ones without training • Familiarity with some of HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, Claude Code, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Looker, Vercel, and APIs • Management experience is useful but not required • HubSpot certification is not required
