📋 Description

• Work directly with the founding team to design core features and experiences for the sales platform • Shape product strategy and make key decisions about visual direction and user experience • Lead design projects, participate in critiques, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation • Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features • Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company • Help shape processes that prioritize attention to detail and design excellence • Understand customers' needs through direct conversations and collaboration with support and sales teams • Improve and scale the product in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience designing software, ideally in a product-focused environment • Strong design sense, careful attention to detail, and genuine passion for the craft • Ability to approach complex problems and create simple, effective user experiences, including solving complex UX challenges where AI capabilities meet human intent • Track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to collaborate with product teams • Strong visual communication skills with experience creating prototypes • Experience with Figma • Experience with AI coding tools such as Figma Make and Cursor • Experience with design systems • Based in GMT-3 to GMT+3 timezones • Coding and technical tools experience such as VSCode, GitHub, and Cursor is a bonus
