📋 Description

• Provide direct leadership and support to Amsive’s digital media teams • Assist with a portfolio of key agency clients • Lead digital advertising strategy for high-compliance clients • Develop channel resources and train media staff to improve campaign performance and career-building skills • Partner with clients and Amsive’s Planning team on marketing plans and on-site experience • Manage and optimize ads hands-on across programmatic DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms • Maintain testing schedules, apply learnings across accounts, and focus tests on areas with the highest potential returns • Collaborate with the Client Experience team to meet client strategy and performance goals • Ensure reporting explains performance causes and planned actions • Work with the Analytics team on tracking and reporting requirements • Help grow Amsive’s business

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on digital advertising experience • Experience managing sophisticated, demanding clients and client accounts • Proven ability to increase client revenue and profitability • Experience managing and training staff, specifically a matrixed team of managers and specialists • Proven ability to find the story within data, including the “what” and the “why” • Proven ability to create strategies that meet client goals and translate strategies into tactics • Track record of aligning client requests and budget plans with corporate goals • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Candidates must live in the United States and work EST or CST time zones • Successful completion of background checks, which may include criminal history and reference verification • No degree or formal educational credential is explicitly required
