📋 Description

• Own customer onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day support • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, requests, and issues • Respond promptly to customer emails, Slack messages, and calls with clear, actionable answers • Take ownership of incoming requests and coordinate with other teams when needed • Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate problems, and follow through until resolution • Proactively provide customers with status updates • Maintain high-quality written communication across active customer conversations • Manage high volumes of requests, conversations, and competing priorities • Organize and triage the inbox daily • Track outstanding questions, action items, and commitments • Identify recurring issues and improve processes, documentation, and workflows • Build repeatable systems to make onboarding and support more efficient • Identify bottlenecks and help the team support more customers as Anatomy scales

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer support, customer operations, or a similar client-facing role • Experience managing multiple customers, projects, or workstreams simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong proficiency with customer support tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management systems • Ability to learn new software products and workflows quickly • Experience at a fast-growing startup, B2B SaaS company, fintech, or healthcare technology company is a plus • Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or financial operations is helpful but not required • Exceptional responsiveness, relentless follow-through, outstanding organization, strong written communication, attention to detail, bias toward action, prioritization, comfort with ambiguity, customer empathy, and an AI-forward approach
