📋 Description

• Conduct manual QA for web and mobile apps (React Native for mobile, React for web, TypeScript backend) • Execute testing flows for new features and updates, with special attention to real-time voice call experiences • Identify, document, and track bugs with product and engineering teams • Verify fixes through regression testing • Maintain and refine QA test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure consistency and accuracy • Proactively design and update QA checklists and process documentation • Partner closely with engineers and the product designer to clarify behaviors, report issues, and suggest improvements • Communicate testing results and insights clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Recommend enhancements to strengthen product experience from a QA perspective • Create structured QA documentation (test cases, reports, checklists) • Contribute to scaling QA processes as the company expands product and engineering operations • Monitor and ensure consistency in user experience for real-time voice interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, product management or software testing experience • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage QA workflows with minimal oversight. • Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, particularly React Native and TypeScript React environments. • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher). • Experience creating QA documentation (checklists, bug reports, regression logs). • Experience testing across multiple devices (desktop, iOS, Android). • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with evolving processes. • Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred) • Preferred Backgrounds: • Background in Computer Science, Product Management, or Software Engineering (degree or equivalent experience). • Prior exposure to startups or fast-scaling tech companies. • Experience testing real-time or voice-based products is a strong plus. • Familiarity with basic scripting, automation tools, or bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Linear). • Managed a team of QAs and/or engineers.
