📋 Description

• Motivate, train, and coach remote admissions personnel on expected behaviors aligned with the Ancora mission and Core Values • Oversee admissions operations, compliant admissions processes, and quality delivery of services to students • Ensure remote admissions personnel follow college, state, US DOE, accreditation, and company regulations, policies, and processes • Support remote admissions efforts and deliver quality customer service to prospective students • Lead hiring, training, and management of admissions staff • Initiate, design, and deliver departmental training and development activities • Provide tactical guidance and leadership to ensure new student satisfaction during admissions • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and reports • Randomly audit enrollment files for document accountability and accuracy • Participate collaboratively in employee performance evaluations and scheduled performance reviews • Provide departmental updates through reports, discussions, and meetings with senior leadership • Ensure objectives, goals, plans, budgets, policies, practices, and actions produce desired admissions results • Develop and execute short-term and long-term admissions strategies to meet growth and profitability objectives • Ensure policies and decisions are properly executed at all levels • Provide personal leadership that encourages employee productivity and responsiveness • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years' experience successfully managing admissions teams • Excellent people management skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate employees • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to develop, motivate, and lead staff • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and work in an observation/coaching-style environment • Working skill set with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Working skill set with Google Suite • Verifiable ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to have a flexible work travel schedule • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including prolonged desk/computer work and occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred • 8 years of management experience with remote/online admissions teams preferred
