📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with Product, Sales and Finance teams to understand and document complex pricing rules, product structures and contract requirements • Analyse and map As-Is and To-Be product catalogues, including digital/physical products, bundles, hierarchies and tiered pricing • Translate complex business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria, including Given/When/Then scenarios • Work closely with developers and technical teams delivering Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions • Partner with QA teams to develop and coordinate complex UAT and test scenarios • Ensure pricing calculations, product rules and constraints work as expected • Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with complex product and pricing catalogues within enterprise systems • Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles and discount structures • Experience analysing, configuring or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues • Salesforce CPQ+ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience is highly desirable • Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong UAT, testing and requirements management experience • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, product and technical teams • Experience within Energy, Utilities or Telecoms would be a valuable addition • Applications must accurately and truthfully represent personal achievements and capabilities
