📋 Description
• Work closely with and directly support a Senior Project Manager across the project lifecycle • Assist with daily project operations, resource allocation, and maintenance of project documentation, plans, and budgets • Track team tasks and coordinate timely delivery of project milestones • Align cross-functional team members with deadlines • Identify project risks, issues, and delays and escalate blockers to the Senior Project Manager • Gather status updates, maintain project dashboards, and draft progress reports for internal teams and stakeholders • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organisational skills, including multitasking, prioritisation, and time management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interface confidently with diverse team members • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to identify potential blockers • Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana is a strong plus • Familiarity with productivity suites such as MS Office is a strong plus
