📋 Description
• Define and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives. • Understand customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements within the renewable energy sector. • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes. • Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Architecture, Design and Data teams to deliver scalable digital products. • Analyse customer, operational and commercial data to inform prioritisation and product decisions. • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across Product, Operations, Regulatory, Commercial and Customer teams. • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. • Continuously measure product performance using customer insights, KPIs and data to drive ongoing improvements. • Balance customer needs, commercial priorities and technical constraints to maximise product value.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products within Agile environments. • Strong experience developing product roadmaps and managing complex product backlogs. • Experience using customer insights and data to drive product strategy and prioritisation. • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams. • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design and Data throughout the product lifecycle. • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in product discovery and problem definition. • Commercially aware with the ability to balance customer outcomes, delivery priorities and business value. • Comfortable working within complex, cross-functional delivery teams.
