📋 Description

• Act as internal and customer-facing subject-matter expert for DMS, Manufacturer Systems, Country Specifics, Layered Applications and partner products • Develop, evolve and retain product knowledge to meet delivery requirements • Ensure project activities are deployed to quality and time expectations per signed order • Engage with customers remotely and onsite for discovery, documentation, configuration, training and post go-live support • Attend product reviews and maintain knowledge management artefacts and testing documentation • Standardize and maintain a blueprint for product delivery • Identify and resolve product delivery problem areas; support Lead Consultant in decisions • Communicate clearly and share knowledge internally and externally • Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience • Deliver projects on budget and time with quality; meet KPIs for assignments, rework, utilization and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and proven track record in Finance, CRM, Technical or ERP deployments in Consultancy and or SME roles • Relevant business background and proven track record as key point of contact / SME in product delivery • Ability to define and maintain standard end-to-end business process for software delivery • Process-driven with proven ability to handle change and work under pressure • Commercially astute with strong analytical skills • Knowledge of the Automotive industry (desirable, not essential) • Ability to advise, persuade and influence professionally • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Open to challenges and continuous improvement; motivated and engaged • Team player who builds good working relationships • Flexibility, integrity and problem-solving skills
