Because we are passionate and love what we do! • We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in. • As Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing the Service business sales targets in coordination with your leader. • As part of the regional team, you are the salesperson identifying and acquiring new customers within our Service business and the link between the customer account and the regional organization. • With particular focus on Wear parts, your primary objective will be to drive business growth with customers directly or indirectly through agents. • You will identify new customer opportunities, drive the initial sales efforts to successful recurring order intake, achieve revenue and profitability targets and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Secure order intake and sales within your designated regions. • Proactively sell spare parts, repairs, and service products through regular customer visits. • Manage key accounts for assigned regions and customers. • Generate and process customer inquiries efficiently. • Maintain customer needs accurately in the CRM system. • Ensure timely preparation of offers in close collaboration with the Backoffice sales team. • Conduct contract and price negotiations in compliance with Andritz regulations. • Acquire service orders and spare parts packages effectively. • Promote framework maintenance agreements actively. • Prepare offers and sales contracts. • Coordinate with local sales representatives by communicating information, providing technical support, setting targets, and managing orders. • Represent ANDRITZ Nonwoven & Textile (PNT) at trade fairs, symposia, and conferences. • Support marketing concepts for the spare parts business. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. • Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens. • Erfahrung als Vertriebs- oder Kundenservice-Ingenieur (m/w/x) in der Nonwoven- oder Textilindustrie oder als Wartungs- oder Produktionsingenieur (m/w/x) für Einweg-, langlebige und textile Produktlinien. • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Customer Relationship Management (CRM). • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Erreichung von Verkaufszielen und dem Wachstum des Geschäfts. • Kenntnisse in pneumatischen, hydraulischen und elektrischen Steuerungen. • Kenntnisse in SAP und gängigen MS-Office-Produkten von Vorteil. • Fließend in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. • Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung. • Sichere Auftreten und ausgeprägte Verhandlungsgeschick. • Gutes kaufmännisches und vertragliches Verständnis. • Interkulturelles Verständnis und starke Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnis. • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit in einem globalen Teamumfeld und über verschiedene Abteilungen hinweg. • Kompetenzen zur gleichzeitigen Bearbeitung mehrerer Aufgaben und Projekte. • Innovationsgeist mit der Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen für komplexe Probleme zu entwickeln. • Ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Resilienz. • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Aktualisierung über branchenspezifische Fortschritte und Best Practices. • Reisebereitschaft (regelmäßig, mehr als 60%).
