📋 Description

• Ensure all contractual obligations to clients, including time worked and deliverables, are consistently met • Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with leadership, internal staff, prospects and clients • Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions-based services • Always maintain stick confidentiality regarding client, company, and staff information • Accurately track and record both billable and non-billable time • Collaborate with CPAs on year-end reporting and processes • Prepare and analyze year-end financial reports • Generate and review Production vs. Income reporting • Conduct due diligence and pro forma reporting for clients • Perform detained expense analysis to support client decision-making • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales and production reports • Manage producer commissions with accuracy and timeliness • Oversee trust banking management to ensure compliance and accuracy • Create and analyze trending profit and loss (P&L) statements • Support budgeting processes to help agencies meet financial goals • Monitor and manage carrier volume reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in Insurance Accounting • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • CPA designation preferred but not required • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Reliable high-speed internet with a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace suitable for confidential financial work.
