📋 Description

• P&L Management: Own and manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific business lines or departments. Ensure financial accuracy and accountability for all items on the P&L, both small and large. • Budgeting & Forecasting: In collaboration with department heads and their teams, lead the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with corporate goals and strategic priorities, and track actual expenses against projections • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Build a transparent financial framework that helps P&L owners identify and strategize additional opportunities for investment and growth • Strategic Analysis & Business Support: Analyze, interpret and present relevant financial data and key business metrics to senior leadership - partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to impact business decisions • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders in operations, marketing, product, and technology to provide financial support and ensure alignment of financial performance with overall business goals. • Internal Projects: Own and drive continuous improvements to Finance’s reporting and planning tools that help automate processes and deepen the financial bridge across departments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A. Experience in-house at a tech company, combined with investment banking, private equity, consulting, or experience with analytics is ideal. • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling and problem-solving; you are comfortable building complex financial models from scratch. • Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting • The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership • Experience with PBCS or Essbase, SQL, Looker, Power BI and NetSuite a plus
