📋 Description

• Build Anima’s Assurance function to give NHS organisations confidence in patient data handling, risk management, and safe care • Own customer assurance from first question through resolution • Handle DPIA support packs and security questionnaires • Lead NHS customer conversations and coordinate with the Data Protection Officer on specialist questions • Develop sufficient product and technical knowledge to answer routine assurance questions independently • Bring Product and Engineering into new or complex assurance issues • Keep assurance documentation accurate and aligned with product operations • Coordinate clinical safety documentation with the Clinical Safety Officer • Build a self-serve knowledge base, standard answers, and onboarding packs • Create a reliable system for tracking customer agreements, terms, and review dates • Use response times, backlog, and recurring blockers to identify improvements • Work with product teams to address assurance requirements before launches • Represent Anima in customer conversations and potentially at industry events • Coordinate customer follow-up, communications, records, and lessons learned when incidents occur

🎯 Requirements

• Regulatory or compliance experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, another regulated sector, consulting, or assurance services • Ability to learn the NHS assurance landscape quickly • Curiosity about product data flows, integrations, and AI model governance • Pragmatic judgement to translate requirements into practical, proportionate action • Confidence explaining complex issues clearly to customers and responding to challenging questions • Experience turning fragmented work into reliable, reusable processes • Familiarity with data protection, DPIAs, data processing agreements, or relevant frameworks helpful but not required • Ability to build technical understanding of products • Ability to work with Product, Engineering, Data Protection, and Clinical Safety teams
