📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers • Oversee successful project delivery, managing resources and workloads • Ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets are achieved • Mentor and encourage team members in project management • Assist and advise team members with issues arising on projects • Conduct regular meetings to review workloads and project status • Identify required resources and assign responsibilities • Review and allocate new projects following consultation with other Senior Projects Team Leads • Manage large-value projects • Create and execute project work plans and revise them as needed • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties • Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of projects • Review team deliverables before sending them to clients • Apply project methodology and enforce project standards • Minimize project exposure and risk • Promote and develop company business • Promote an open-door policy throughout the department • Uphold company values and vision • Work with document control to ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail • Must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment • Demonstrate flexibility and understand basic electrical principles • Proficient in English to lead advanced technical discussions with international teams and stakeholders • Demonstrate Flex Ways of Working • Technically competent with Microsoft Office and SmartSheet • Proven competence in handling large and complex projects in switchgear/Busbar/Modular solutions • People management and leadership experience • Proven competence in customer negotiations and management of stakeholder relationships • Leadership qualification would be advantageous • Project Management certification would be advantageous
