📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. • Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions. • Work in a high call volume environment. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive culture and service quality. • Meet performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Computer skills in a windows-based environment. • Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute • Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic • Punctual, with great attendance. • Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure. • Must be able to pass a post offer/pre-employment background check.
