📋 Description

• Managing and delivering target and decarbonization projects, including technical analyses, creating client reports and presentations that convey key messages, inform strategic decision-making and deliver impact-led conclusions • Growing client relationships, proactively identifying and framing new activations with clients. Leading and/or supporting the development of proposals • Demonstrating technical expertise and knowledge, ideally related to technology sector aspects such as cloud computing, data centers, and impacts of AI • Contributing to the development of our service offerings to meet and anticipate evolving market needs, and sharing best practices with the team to transfer knowledge and develop competency • Contributing inclusive qualities to build a positive culture • Operating and collaborating effectively with a mindset that transcends geographic and cultural boundaries • Contributing to Anthesis’ innovation and thought leadership around corporate climate action

🎯 Requirements

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Bachelors/Master’s Degree • 5+ years’ experience in relevant work • Excellent client and project management skills • Deep technical knowledge of SBTi guidance, Decarbonisation modelling and implementation (demonstrated experience in Scope 3) within corporate setting. Familiarity with GHG accounting and GHG Protocol requirements. • Experience in delighting clients within a corporate context while challenging them to deliver maximum sustainability impact • Strong communication and consulting skills; particularly an understanding of the sustainability challenges that organisations face in today’s climate • Active and encouraging team player • Experience with digital tools related to decarbonisation
