📋 Description

• Play a key role in advancing Anthony Nolan’s mission through driving a mid-level giving programme • Secure gifts between £1,000 and £10,000 from individuals • Create sustainable relationships that will enable life-saving work • Nurture relationships with existing and prospective supporters to increase annual donations • Develop and implement tailored fundraising cultivation and stewardship strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience of successful fundraising of four and five-figure gifts • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Excellent relationship manager with the ability to engage external and internal stakeholders, and leverage connections • A keen networker • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, database management, and web-based technologies such as Sharepoint and MS Teams
