• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches within CCaaS or enterprise SaaS. • Demonstrated success in promoting Virtual Agent solutions or similar AI-driven platforms. • Experience marketing AI technologies, especially Microsoft Copilot, is a strong advantage. • Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate features into customer benefits. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
