📋 Description

• Build and maintain real-time Solana Geyser ingestion pipelines. • Design and scale streaming and batch ETL into BigQuery, ClickHouse, or DuckDB. • Create and maintain slot and transaction level datasets for trades, account diffs, transfers, etc. • Build internal APIs and tools for querying historical states and simulating counterfactuals. • Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data infrastructure, or backend engineering roles • Experience working with blockchain data (e.g. Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin) • Experience with blockchain indexers or off-chain data APIs • Deep familiarity with ClickHouse, Grafana, or equivalent data/visualization stacks • Expert level in Python, Rust, SQL, and distributed data systems (e.g. Spark, Kafka, Airflow) • Experience working with large-scale or real-time data in a cloud-native environment (e.g. GCP, AWS) • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog) • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote, async-first environment • **Bonus Points For:** • Understanding of validator performance and protocol-level telemetry • Contributions to open-source data or infra projects • Familiarity with Rust or performance-sensitive systems**
