📋 Description
• Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos de implementación de soluciones tecnológicas líderes en el mercado, asegurando que sean entregados en el plazo, presupuesto y calidad esperada. • Dar seguimiento a las métricas y KPI’s del portafolio de proyectos de Aoop. • Medir la satisfacción de nuestros clientes a través de encuestas dentro de la metodología de proyectos de Aoop.
🎯 Requirements
• De preferencia, más de 5 años de experiencia como Gerente de Proyectos. • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de portafolio de proyectos. • Inglés avanzado (fluido). • Experiencia en proyectos internacionales. • Conocimiento de metodologías Waterfall / Agile (SCRUM). • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación, manejo de problemas e interacción con interesados (stakeholders) de diferentes niveles. • Experiencia en gestión financiera de proyectos utilizando métricas clave para garantizar la precisión de las proyecciones financieras y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
