📋 Description

• Create and improve interfaces for Workspaces, Portals, and overall platform experience. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and flows following ServiceNow native patterns. • Ensure alignment with the Design System, UI Framework, and platform components. • Collaborate with the development team to maintain visual and functional consistency. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and map user journeys. • Document best practices and internal guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI applied to ServiceNow. • Knowledge of Next Experience (Polaris), UI Builder, Workspaces, and Service Portal. • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered UX, and accessibility (WCAG). • Certifications in UX/Next Experience/Portal on ServiceNow (advantageous). • Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, or HRSD (advantage). • Experience with agile methodologies (advantage).
