📋 Description

• Build and maintain banks of hooks, angles, scripts, and creative references • Collect, tag, and organise high-performing ads, videos, and formats from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms • Maintain swipe files and inspiration libraries • Turn raw inspiration into structured hooks, angles, formats, and hypotheses • Help write and structure creative briefs for ads and content • Turn insights and performance signals into creative hypotheses • Articulate the hook, angle, and emotional or functional driver behind concepts • Review creative performance with the performance team • Analyse CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and conversions to identify patterns • Feed learnings into subsequent briefs and ideas • Organise assets, scripts, captions, and references for creative production • Assist with hooks, captions, scripts, and variations • Maintain clean and usable creative systems, folders, and documentation • Work closely with the Creative Manager and wider creative and performance teams across client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• No prior agency or paid media experience required • Experience creating TikToks, Reels, memes, or other content is relevant • Experience writing scripts, captions, threads, or hooks is relevant • Experience running a personal or niche account is relevant • Experience building swipe files or analysing ads is relevant • Experience with creative side projects is relevant • Good writing and language-refinement skills • Strong creative instincts and openness to learning quickly • Comfortable using numbers to inform creative decisions • Strong curiosity about internet culture, trends, and formats • Attention to quality and iteration • Clear communication and willingness to share a point of view • Must be able to work in a UK timezone
