📋 Description

• Edit paid social ads, UGC, creator content and short-form organic videos • Turn raw footage into compelling stories with strong hooks, pacing and structure • Create multiple concept versions to test different openings, messages, formats and lengths • Add captions, music, sound design, graphics, transitions and motion where they improve the work • Adapt videos for TikTok, Reels, Meta, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms • Keep up with trends, creators, sounds, memes, editing styles and internet culture • Bring relevant references and proactive ideas into creative discussions • Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, performance marketers and creator managers • Use performance results to improve future edits and iterate on winning ideas • Use AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate production • Organise projects, source files and versions across multiple accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of short-form video work • Ability to earn attention within the first few seconds • Instinct for pacing, storytelling, humour, tension and timing • Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube visual language • Awareness of social trends and timing • Confidence using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools • Ability to find the strongest edit from inconsistent or imperfect footage • Experience editing performance ads, UGC or creator-led content is a strong advantage • Ability to take feedback, move quickly and remain adaptable • Focus on how work performs, not only how it looks • Must be able to work in a UK timezone
