📋 Description

• Partner with People leadership and IT to shape a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap • Recommend priorities and tradeoffs and own delivery of agreed-upon initiatives • Translate complex business needs into simple, scalable processes, requirements, and system configurations across the employee and talent lifecycle • Lead evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of People technology vendors • Improve People data governance, reporting, and analytics • Identify practical AI and automation opportunities to simplify work and support better decisions • Partner with People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on cross-functional initiatives • Align stakeholders, drive decisions without direct authority, and measure the impact of systems investments • Work with the Head of People Systems & Solutions, People leadership, and IT to evolve Apollo’s People Systems roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, business systems, or a related field • Experience shaping and delivering multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps across multiple platforms and business areas • Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, and change management • Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors and partnering with IT, data, security, and integration teams • Strong understanding of People data, reporting, governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions across a global organization • Experience mentoring or raising the capabilities of others • Prior direct people management experience is helpful but not required
