📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Manager, PMM Operations to coordinate our Product Marketing (PMM) initiatives. • You will be responsible for managing key programs and processes that support our product go-to-market strategies, such as product launches, enablement, and general cross-functional process orchestration. • This role will work horizontally across multiple product and solution lines to enforce a cohesive narrative, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure operational excellence. • This role will collaborate with multiple teams, including Solutions Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Growth, Web, Enablement, Sales, Product, Pricing and Packaging, Operations, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a role managing cross-functional processes • Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches, including cross-functional coordination. • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent project management and program management skills, with a focus on process optimization and scalable operations. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, compelling narratives. • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where collaboration and communication are key
