📋 Description

• Communicate effectively with patients and pharmacies to provide medications • Retrieve prescriptions through an online portal • Bill and charge credit cards • Update patient information in the system • Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls • Respond to customer inquiries via email • Process and navigate prescriptions using computer software quickly and efficiently • Coordinate patient deliveries • Complete accurate payment information • Communicate effectively with team members and the Operations Manager • Meet daily target goals set by the Operations Manager • Perform other technician tasks as assigned • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate (or equivalent) is required • Previous experience in pharmacy or other related Healthcare fields is helpful but not necessary • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Ability to write simple correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to comprehend and apply basic math principles while analyzing data and generating reports • Knowledge of Microsoft products, Google Docs, and Sheets • Must abide by Apotheco information security policies, employee handbook, and security and privacy regulatory requirements • Time management skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Positive work attitude • Willingness to learn and grow • Customer service skills • Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong attention to detail • Ability to work well with various personalities • Teamwork • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to accomplish goals with little to no supervision • Participation in continuous quality improvement activities • Ability to type at least 40 WPM • Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
