• Lead efforts to improve user retention by crafting intuitive UX solutions. • Optimize business value and utilize data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with design, analytics, user research and engineering teams to deliver impactful features that enhance user engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager. • Proven track record of improving retention metrics. • Strong background in UX design collaboration. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of experimental results. • Experience in documentation improvement and process optimization. • Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable solutions. • Will be an advantage: Familiarity with viral growth mechanisms.
