📋 Description

• Define and manage project scope and draft functional specifications. • Design electronic control systems and select appropriate components. • Implement application programming, including ECU logic, HMI interfaces, and Web APIs. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to develop and deliver solutions tailored to client needs. • Create, organize, and maintain program files and technical documentation. • Design and document wiring harnesses. • Provide technical support and share expertise during project commissioning and post-sale support. • Offer technical guidance to internal teams and external customers. • Apply technological knowledge to support sales growth. • Troubleshoot new and existing applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Postsecondary education in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering, or a diploma in engineering technology or a related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience programming ECUs or microcontrollers for hydraulic or mechanical equipment (required). • Strong knowledge and practical experience in programming (CoDeSys, Plus+1, Qt, C, C++). • Programming experience with Danfoss Plus+1 is essential. • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (required). • Solid understanding of electrical integration and wiring-harness design. • Excellent command of and extensive experience with the CAN bus communication network (required). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 13849, ISO 26262) — an asset. • Experience with electrification — an asset. • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong internal and external relationships.
