📋 Description
• Primary contact for implementing and supporting assigned interfaces • Coordinate analysis sessions to identify interface business needs • Create technical designs and own issue triage necessary to implement and support interfaces • Work closely with project manager, application teams, and technical teams • Manage the entire implementation cycle of interfaces, web services, and industry-standard APIs • Record and monitor live interface errors, and engage technical teams and application teams • Identify and escalate risks associated with project tasks and third-party systems
🎯 Requirements
• Certification in Epic Bridges, Data Courier, or Core point preferred but not required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or comparable • 5 years work relevant experience • Proficient with MS Office applications • Prior working experience with developing, implementing and/or supporting interfaces and/or interface engines • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills • Work history/knowledge business requirements and their impact on technical solutions • Ability to coordinate activities and facilitate meetings involving multiple stakeholders
