📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the operational readiness of Perimeter Defense Solutions • Perform engineering tasks to maintain full operational readiness of firewalls and perimeter defense solutions • Solve highly complex engineering challenges while utilizing all levels of technical resources • Install, configure, and audit perimeter defense solutions • Handle technical incidents and escalations • Handle client satisfaction escalations and incidents • Review and consult on product, solution, and client change-control requests • Understand the clients’ end goals and help create a plan to achieve them • Participate in an on-call rotation • Provide assistance in conducting assessments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various areas of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Three-to-five years of firewall/IT perimeter defense experience at an MSP or MSSP • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent work history • Certification and/or experience in managing Fortinet Firewalls required • Certifications in Check Point, Palo Alto, or Cisco desired • Experience working for and within IT for the legal industry • Experience in large-scale service delivery
