📋 Description

• Overseeing programmatic, budgetary, and logistical operations during a disaster restoration event. • Communicate and coordinate internal and external staffing needs to maintain budget efficiency. • Assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and manage resources to meet project deadlines. • Support technical teams in organizing, tracking, and documenting project deliverables and restoration workstreams. • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to coordinate vendor configurations, credential validation, and access requirements. • Develop and implement standardized processes for quality control, ensuring high standards in deliverables. • Develop metrics and standardized reports for utilization, staff productivity, and engagement tracking. • Provide logistics support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, logistics, or program support roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail and quality. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage budgets and track resource utilization effectively. • Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, or Signal is preferred. • Familiarity with technical environments or engineering processes is a plus. • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global client needs. • Foreign language proficiency desired but not required • Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong relationship building skills and leadership capabilities. • Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling our Culture and Values.
