📋 Description

• We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our project teams at Appricotsoft. • Oversee the development and execution of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. • Plan, implement, and track project performance. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish. • 3+ years of proven working experience in project management, specifically in the IT sector. • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, and familiarity with agile methodologies and other project management methodologies. • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
