• Define Product Experience Vision and Strategy • Lead the Product Experience Update Programme • Product Experience Quality Gate • Define PX patterns for AI-assisted workflows • Lead and Develop the Team • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
🎯 Requirements
• Led at least one full product experience or UX redesign in a SaaS environment • Experience with complex B2B or workflow-based products • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing UX/design teams • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Solid grounding in UX research and applying insights to product decisions • Pragmatic collaborator across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
