📋 Description

• Own the roadmap, delivery, and quality of the approval-workflow product, AI delivery, accounting-system integrations, and expense management • Lead major initiatives across these product areas • Lead and develop two Product Managers • Own accurate reporting, milestones, and deliverables • Design, ship, and refine trusted rule-based and AI automation • Prepare business cases to justify future roadmap investments • Work with product marketing to deliver betas and launches • Own how customer feedback is gathered and acted upon • Ensure the Product team reports on meeting customer needs • Establish best practices for understanding user needs, building roadmaps, running product operations, assessing the competitive landscape, and taking products to market

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product leadership experience • Experience leading product squads and managing Product Managers • Workflow, Expense and/or spend-management product experience • Strong product operations experience • Commercial and go-to-market experience, including building business cases, modelling investment, and planning betas and launches • Deep workflow product background, ideally from the accounting or spend ecosystem • First-hand understanding of finance teams' and accountants' needs • Strong automation and AI product experience • Experience designing and shipping rule-based and agentic AI automation • Comfortable working within an established Product Manager and Product Engineer delivery flow • Senior and autonomous, able to own an area and set its direction • B2B SaaS experience in a scale-up environment
