• Concevoir l’architecture globale de solutions ServiceNow répondant aux besoins fonctionnels et techniques. • Analyser les exigences des clients et proposer des solutions alignées aux bonnes pratiques et standards de la plateforme. • Superviser la conception technique, l’intégration et la configuration des modules ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, etc.). • Établir et maintenir la gouvernance, les normes et la documentation technique de la plateforme. • Conseiller les équipes de développement et assurer la qualité des livrables. • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les feuilles de route et les stratégies d’évolution de la plateforme. • Participer aux phases de tests, de déploiement et d’optimisation des solutions.
• Expérience significative en architecture et implémentation ServiceNow. • Maîtrise des modules ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). • Excellente connaissance des meilleures pratiques ITIL et des processus ITSM. • Compétences techniques en intégration de systèmes (APIs, web services, SSO, etc.). • Solide expérience en conception de workflows, automatisations et scripts ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.). • Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques robustes. • Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit; anglais professionnel un atout. • Atouts Certifications ServiceNow (CSA, CAD, CTA ou équivalentes). • Expérience dans un environnement agile/Scrum. • Connaissances en sécurité de l’information et gouvernance des données.
