📋 Description

• Provides foundational data analysis, reporting, and documentation support for ORIS metrics, readiness tracking, and operational dashboards. • Conducts requirements gathering and analysis, information modeling, process documentation, and liaison tasks required to support the development of clinical informatics software or other clinical informatics project activities. • Works independently or under only general direction. • Perform data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis for issue trends, training metrics, and readiness scores. • Support development of dashboards used in Weekly and Monthly Reports. • Assist with data packages for the Informatics Surge Readiness Index. • Document data definitions and reporting logic. • Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the Program Manager, Clinical Informaticists, and Data Manager. • Perform data governance support as needed – ensures data quality and integrity are maintained or enhanced.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience substitution) • Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, data analysis, or health IT documentation • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools • Prior exposure to clinical or operational healthcare data, particularly Federal EHR • Attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete or rapidly changing data sets.
