📋 Description
• Lead data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation activities for federal transition assistance programs. • Oversee collection, management, interpretation, and presentation of program data. • Develop actionable insights, performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products. • Manage development and implementation of performance analysis frameworks. • Conduct program evaluations, identifying trends, gaps, and issues. • Coordinate data integration from multiple sources and conduct analyses. • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 within the federal government. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation. • Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables. • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships. • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
