📋 Description

• Join a growing community of medical experts matched on an ongoing basis to innovative AI healthcare projects • Review and label clinical notes, audio, videos, images, and other modalities according to guidelines • Run human-in-the-loop evaluations assessing model accuracy, safety, clinical relevance, and clinical reasoning • Design, test, and iterate prompts to improve model performance and reliability • Create high-quality instructions and responses and explore edge-case datasets to support fine-tuning • Identify critical or failure points, propose mitigation strategies, and document findings • Develop and refine scoring rubrics for accuracy, clarity, safety, completeness, and guideline adherence • Collaborate with researchers to improve annotation standards, acceptance criteria, and evaluation protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor based in the UK • Active GMC license • Native or near-native fluency in English, spoken and written • Good understanding of clinical terminology, tools, and workflows • Excellent summarisation and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical accuracy • Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment • Authorization to work in the country of physical location without visa sponsorship
