📋 Description

• Review, validate and design clinical tasks to help advance frontier AI models across clinical scenarios and formats • Design realistic clinical scenarios and instructions reflecting day-to-day work within the physician’s specialty • Assess clinical outputs for accuracy and flag incorrect, outdated or potentially harmful information • Validate reference answers, including caveats, uncertainty and requests for further information • Design and evaluate grading criteria, ensuring clinically important and safety-critical items are weighted appropriately • Provide short, specific written rationales for disagreements and explain the weaknesses each item is designed to expose • Highlight edge cases and ambiguity to refine guidelines and improve consistency across reviewers • Work asynchronously on a dedicated platform within the physician’s specialty and day-to-day scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Registered doctor based in the US, Europe or Asia-Pacific • Current or recent clinical practice in the stated specialty • Strong grounding in current guidelines, diagnostic reasoning and clinical documentation standards • Proven accuracy and consistency in clinical review or assessment work • Comfortable using structured review tools and digital platforms • Native or near-native written English • Right to work in the country of residence • Ability to work as an independent contractor
