🎯 Requirements

• Previous UKG Ready experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate as part of a team • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America • Consulting experience a plus • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
