• Project planning and analysis • Document configuration requirements • Configure UKG software per specifications • Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions • Coordinate deployment activities • Provide product training • Solid understanding of UKG Ready modules • Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous UKG Ready experience and certification • Boomi Integration Platform proficiency • Experience in database querying, programming, and web services • Ability to assist Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scoping • Comfortable working within a cloud-based environment • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate as part of a team • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • UKG Product knowledge (Pro, Dimensions, Ready) • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP preferred • Development languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL) preferred • Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman etc.) preferred
