📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for a set of key strategic clients • Deepen C-level relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term client success • Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-practice teams to define and execute integrated, results-driven strategies • Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities, promote Argano’s consulting services and digital solutions, and close deals • Consolidate insights across Argano business units to create a comprehensive client view and identify growth opportunities • Lead planning collaboration to develop integrated, multi-faceted solutions addressing client needs • Develop clear execution roadmaps with milestones, ownership, and success metrics • Identify opportunities and risks and develop proactive mitigation and growth strategies in real time • Regularly assess account plans, incorporate client feedback, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field • 10+ years of experience managing strategic accounts in a consulting or professional services organization • Proven track record in driving growth across multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering results for large-scale, complex clients • Experience working in industry paired with a strong consulting background with a focus on manufacturing, engineering & construction, high-tech, retail & distribution, life sciences, or food & beverage • Deep expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and digital transformation services • Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with c-level decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and building long-term partnerships • Proven ability to lead cross-practice teams and align multiple functions to achieve shared goals • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, execution, and continuous performance improvement • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field preferred • Executive presence with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills preferred • Ability to lead others without direct authority preferred • Demonstrated industry thought leadership (speaking engagements, presentations, articles) preferred • Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making • Candidates should reside within the Midwest or East Coast U.S. to be considered
