📋 Description

• Drive sales, delivery and solution strategy for Argano’s Oracle Business Unit focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing (MFG) • Build and promote industry relevant Oracle-enabled solutions and collaborate with Oracle product strategy and development teams • Support sales and marketing to generate pipeline, contribute to proposals, estimation, and close new business • Develop content and support speaking engagements, attend Oracle events and partner activities • Serve as executive presence on project teams, cultivate client executive relationships, serve on steering committees and act as escalation path • Lead negotiations for change orders and statements of work with Account Representative • Work with PMO and Centers of Excellence to ensure successful delivery and mentor project management resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (expected) • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred • Minimum 10 years of recent experience in consultative services or business development • At least 5 years managing top-tier alliances • Proven success in managing or leveraging Oracle ERP solutions and capabilities • 10+ years of sales experience as a member of an Oracle software professional services pursuit team (preferred) • Robust experience in cloud technology and understanding of top cloud providers • Strong networking and executive-level communication skills • Effective management of complex projects and programs • Creative negotiation skills and track record of sales wins • Experience partnering with Systems Integrators to align strategic project plans and business cases • Deep understanding of the SCM & MFG industry and leveraging Oracle solutions to add client value • Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
